JUST IN: The Singapore government is reviewing property purchases by officers involved in rail planning between 2007 and 2011 after a working paper's allegations of "informed trading".
The Public Service Division says statistical patterns in the working paper are a concern, but did not establish if any officer had access to non-public information or if it influenced property purchase.
