CNA has found a “Singapore-headquartered” consultancy whose supposed ex-diplomat managing partner never worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It doesn't list an address or phone number, and its email doesn't work.
The trouble is, it's been trying to hire former MFA staff. And CNA has found at least 8 other suspicious websites using strikingly similar tactics:
